Day 5 Morning

Time: 7:40  Next Juice: 8am
How do you feel? fine
Hunger scale: 0

Last night gave me pause to reconsider and maybe cut short my juice fast. The fatigue was a bit worrisome. But I came through it, I was kind to myself during this difficult stage and didn't over-exert too much. This morning I don't feel hunger at all, and I'm overall feeling fine.  My sense is that the weight loss now is going to slow down and be a steady (hopefully) 1 pound per day or less. If I exercise in here, probably more.
