Chewing again

Final weight after 7 days 213.4 pounds
total lost = 9.2 pounds

Week 2 .

Trying to eat right. Started the day with the morning juice. Had an apple and some pineapple after church and then made a salad for a mid day meal. Have prepared a small salad "bar" in the fridge to help assist with the process. Bought a bunch of vegetables, and some free range chicken. The plan is to eat as much green stuff as possible over the next week and work out every day. Feeling weak and tired right now, but that could be because I celebrated by staying up until 1:30 am last night. No I didn't succumb to the snack beast.

Tomorrows menu:
  • Juice in the morning
  • lunch Salad with Chicken + apple
  • snack afternoon pineapple + apple + brocolli and vinegar
  • 5pm another salad, portion of chicken
  • 8pm juice 
  • 9pm apple cider?
