7 days of exercise

Today's weight 211.6

I did it! there were two 10 minute intense cardio sessions this week, and the rest were 30 minute. Today I cut the hedge that covers the entire left side of the house, that was intensive for today. I'm going to commit to every other day doing 30 to 45 minute workouts this week, which means
  • Sunday
  • Tuesday (lunchtime)
  • Thursday (after work) 
  • Saturday bike ride
