Day 2 Turbo

Weight: 215.4

Gained two pounds from yesterday, but in actuality, just like with some of the losses from last week, this does NOT translate to real fat gain, more just material that I ate, still sitting there inside. So the challenge this week is what to eat and not go over. Also, I've committed to working out every day this week. I made 10 minutes of intense cardio this morning, but that's not good enough. Tomorrow must be at least 1/2 hour.

Today total cal. 1800
  • 380 cal : morning juice
  • 300 cal: lunch salad and fruit
  • 360 cal: 2pm juice
  • 300 cal: dinner salad with chicken and egg
  • 300 cal: 8pm juice
  • 160 cal: 9pm hot apple cider
