Beat Down

Earlier tonight 5 and 6, after my evening juice, I just felt beat, no energy. I think that high that the juices put you in, have a side of effect of being tired. This beat down of energy has lasted most of the evening. After I drank my 8pm I felt on the path to recovery, but have felt tired even so.
