It was easy when the juices were mapped out for me, to not think about how many calories I was ingesting. But now.. I need to be noting all the numbers, if I'm going to reach my goal of 195, I need to count. 195 is still 18 pounds away, so this is going to be a battle to the finish. It's not that I over ate yesterday, in fact, I think the real danger can be not eating enough. Today
- morning juice 340
- salad with dressing 100
- carrot juice 300 calories
- celery, cheese stick, tofu: 150
- Salmon plus pasta 400 calories
total for day: 1290
exercise 1/2 hour 150 calories burned
calories remaining: 400 calories
My biggest hurdle is late eating, and not being ready for a 5pm
